Jerry & Sarah Carver

Lead Pastors

Pastors Jerry and Sarah Carver are both ordained ministers in the Church of God. Pastor Jerry has a strong sense for business and finance and has a passion to help others in their place of service.  Pastor Sarah has a passion for seeing lost sons and daughters come into the Kingdom and being an active part of others' transformation as they learn to live out who they are in Christ. The Carvers have two natural children, Alexis and Jeremiah, and many spiritual children.

Cedrick and Rachel Baldwin are both ordained ministers in the Church of God, and they are also both entrepreneurs who have a passion to see others become successful business owners as well.  They have committed their lives to developing young people and creating a place within the River of Life Church where students can grow in the Word, discover their talents and giftings as inspired by Holy Spirit, and encouraging them to share those giftings with the world.

Pastors Ben & Brittany love children, and it shows in their passion in leading the River Kids ministry at ROLC. As parents themselves, Pastor Ben & Pastor Brittany understand how to teach the children the Gospel in a way that they are able to receive and understand, and they do so with EXCITEMENT!

Michael and Tiffany Altman have been married for thirteen years with three children. They strive to continue to be both ambitious and exuberant, not only as leaders but as individuals! They both have a passion for impacting the lives of teens for the Kingdom by helping them grow in their identity and equipping them for the call and purpose for their individual lives.

Todd and Katie Douberly are the Radical Young Adult pastors at the River of Life Church. Their goal at the River of Life Church is to ensure all the young adults mature with the Christ-like character needed to be productive members of the Kingdom and sustain them in their God-ordained destinies.

Leo & Marla Porter

Faith Runners Directors

Reverend Leo retired from the Army after serving 22 years and retired from the United States Post Office after serving 20 years. Chaplain Marla retired from Federal Civil Service after serving for  27 years.
In our congregation, they serve as Faith Runner Leaders for senior adults, for ages 55 and over. They have a heart to minister in nursing homes, teaching and preaching. Leo and Marla enjoy traveling, reading books, painting, fishing and barbecuing.

Pastor Sarah has a passion for helping others discover their giftings and learn to grow into their full potential. She is invigorated by discipling and training leaders to step into their purpose as they then go into all the world and make other disciples.

Evangelism Director

Arlesia Level is the Evangelism Director. She is an entrepreneur and an ambassador for the Ware County Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about reaching those who do not yet have a relationship with Jesus, and she readily introduces them to Him. She is a radical soul-winner for the Kingdom, and she desires to equip others to do the same.

H.E.L.P.S. Directors

Ashton and Alexis Adams are the directors of the H.E.L.P.S. (Having Enough Loving People Serving) Ministry. They have been married for two years, and they are passionate about connecting with people, serving, and helping people find where they enjoy serving in the Kingdom and in the local body.

Becky Kight 

CARE Ministry Director

Becky has two children and one grandchild, and she loves to help people physically, mentally and spiritually. As new believers come into the Kingdom, discipleship is key to continued spiritual growth. Becky helps to facilitate our discipleship events where new believers can get plugged into our local body and connect with like-minded believers and grow together.
