Jerry & Sarah Carver

Lead Pastors

Pastors Jerry and Sarah Carver are both ordained ministers in the Church of God. Pastor Jerry has a strong sense for business and finance and has a passion to help others in their place of service.  Pastor Sarah has a passion for seeing lost sons and daughters come into the Kingdom and being an active part of others' transformation as they learn to live out who they are in Christ. The Carvers have two natural children, Alexis and Jeremiah, and many spiritual children.

Cedrick and Rachel Baldwin are both ordained ministers in the Church of God, and they are also both entrepreneurs who have a passion to see others become successful business owners as well.

Ben & Brittany love children, and it shows in their passion in leading the River Kids ministry at ROLC. As parents themselves, Ben & Brittany understand how to teach the children the Gospel in a way that they are able to receive and understand, and they do so with excitement! Brittany is a licensed Exhorter in the Church of God.

Michael and Tiffany are both Ordained Ministers in the Church of God. They have been married for fifteen years with three children, and they strive to continue to be both ambitious and exuberant, not only as leaders but as individuals! They both have a passion for impacting the lives of teens for the Kingdom by helping them grow in their identity and equipping them for the call and purpose for their individual lives.

Ashton and Alexis are the leaders of the Radical Young Adult Ministry. They have been married for four years. Their goal at the River of Life Church is to ensure all the young adults mature with the Christ-like character needed to be productive members of the Kingdom and sustain them in their God-ordained destinies.

Todd & Katie Douberly

Men & Women's Ministry Leaders

Todd & Katie are both licensed Exhorters in the Church of God. They are the Men's and Women's Ministry Leaders and have been married for two years.

As Todd leads the River Men's Ministry, he is committed to helping men grow as disciples of Jesus, strong in faith, character, and service. As Katie leads the Warrior Women's Ministry, her passion is to see women empowered to live out their faith boldly, serve joyfully, and walk alongside one another in grace and truth.

Jail Ministry Leader

Vicki is a licensed Exhorter in the Church of God. Vicki leads our Faith Runners Ministry (55 and wiser), and she is also very passionate about ministering to those who are currently incarcerated. She has served in jail ministry for over a decade and desires to see souls saved and changed by the power of God!

Evangelism  Ministry Leader

Arlesia Level is the Evangelism Ministry Leader. She is an entrepreneur and an ambassador for the Ware County Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about reaching those who do not yet have a relationship with Jesus, and she readily introduces them to Him. She is a radical soul-winner for the Kingdom, and she desires to equip others to do the same.

Becky has two children and three grandchildren, and she loves to help people physically, mentally, and spiritually. As she leads the H.E.L.P.S. Ministry, she desires to help people discover where they are passionate about serving the Kingdom and connect them into that place.
